How do I order on TBW COLLECTION?

To make purchases on the site, simply add the desired items to your bag and navigate to checkout when you're ready to complete your purchase. We suggest you create an account to access dedicated services, experience faster checkout and easily manage past and existing orders.

Registered users can find all information related to their orders in the my account area.

After placing your order, we will send a confirmation email. If it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received an email, please contact customer care.

Once an order has been confirmed, it is typically not possible to modify the details or cancel. Please contact our customer care team for assistance in these cases.

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking number.

Where do you ship to and do you offer international shipping?

Your orden only can be shipped within Venezuela territory. 

What are all the ways I can pay you?

Where are you from?

We´re from Venezuela, all our crew work from Caracas Venezuela and our cotton is from Peru and other fabrics are also imported.
